Terms of Service 1. Your Acceptance THIS WEBSITE IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY Virtual Jamz, Inc. (the "Company"). THE Website These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website, including users who are also contributors of original sound recordings ("Sound Recordings") and information, and other materials related the Sound Recordings on the Website. The Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, the Company will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly release the Company from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit. 3. Website Access A. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them.
